Unit3 model making1

The tree was chosen as the chair I was going to make for UNIT 3.

I initially wanted to try and pinch the shape of the tree chair I wanted out of clay, but I found clay difficult to mould and the proportions were hard to adjust. Thinking that this chair of mine would have a frame made of metal rods first then woven wicker over it, I built a model in rhino first, and then adjusted the proportions bit by bit by using fine wire to make smaller models.
