The front section uses the plaster work as a means of 'art therapy', with blind and disadvantaged children touching the organic, warm forms and using their sense of touch to stimulate their perception of art and imagination. The pictures on the wall are infectious! A piece of art can play a greater emotional role through tactile interaction

There is also a section where the artist uses a combination of rope and plaster to create a 'hardness' of bondage. The theme of the pressures and constraints of modern life is a fascinating blend of materials, hard and soft, dominant and submissive, momentary and eternal.
