In Cairo, we saw the Egyptian Museum, which has countless Egyptian objects on display to show people the culture and history of Egypt. There is a very large amount of content. One of the more interesting things was when we saw the mummies, our guide would tell us not to speak loudly or laugh as we would receive a curse from the Pharaoh, we literally walked through that part of the pavilion without saying a word with no expression.

We saw the pyramids, which were very impressive and it was hard to imagine how people used to build them, but we didn't go inside because the guide said it was not interesting (the guide was Egyptian, but spoke very good Chinese), so we went for a camel ride, which was lovely. It was particularly wobbly to ride on.
