This is a chair top made from twine. I picked up a broken chair without a top, so I wanted to make a restoration out of woven items. But there was a problem, the twine was very soft and the surface of the weave was too soft to support the weight of the body, so a thick corrugated cardboard was added to combine it and it would hold up well. Only in the process of making it, the broken chair that I picked up was missing and I had to use a full chair to show the final result instead.
